How to win a dispute?
If a drughub vendor fails to deliver, open a dispute within 14 days. Provide photos of the package (if received) or proof of non-delivery. Admin decision is final.
Deposit not showing up?
Monero (XMR) requires 10 confirmations. If the drughub wallet balance is 0 after 2 hours, open a ticket with your TXID and Private View Key.
Vendor FE (Finalize Early)?
Only Level 5 vendors have FE privileges. Never FE for a new vendor. If you FE, Drughub support cannot recover your funds.
